Palarctic is a film production company founded by Palestinian filmmaker Mohamed Jabaly, located in Tromsø, Northern Norway. We are dedicated to producing creative, director-driven documentaries that emphasize human rights, social justice, art, and culture. Our goal is to push the boundaries of traditional genres while striving for high artistic quality.
